This is the simplest version of our model. Every consultation includes a tailored projection built from our proprietary data on real fields and how they're booked.

A secure dog park is a private, securely-fenced field that dog owners book by the slot for off-lead exercise.
No staff on site. No livestock. No crops. Just well-fenced land, a booking system, and demand that's already there.

Britain built dog parks out of necessity. Small gardens, crowded countryside paths, and a lot of anxious dogs. The result was a business model that blends animal welfare with practicality. Over 4,000 secure dog parks now operate across every UK county. Together they've grown into a £200 million-a-year industry, sitting comfortably alongside camping, glamping, and farm shops as a staple of farm diversification. The parks we've worked on generate, on average, the equivalent of $50,000 to $75,000 a year. From land that was underperforming.

America has the space, the dogs, and the appetite for better parks. But most public dog parks are chaotic, overused, and unregulated. The British model is calm, contained, and designed to work on farmland, pasture, or woodland edges. Low noise, low impact, and almost entirely passive once set up. We can help you adapt the proven UK blueprint for American conditions, from layout and fencing to booking systems, insurance, and pricing.
If you're already renting out your field through a booking system, you know the demand is real. You've had bookings. Dogs have shown up. You've seen the proof of concept firsthand.
But if your bookings have dropped off in the last year even though nothing changed on your end, you're not imagining it. Several of these systems have restructured how guests pay in the last year, adding new barriers between a dog owner and a booking. That's not a demand problem on your side. It's a structure problem you don't control.
That's the real issue with building on someone else's platform. They can change the rules whenever they want, and your income moves with their decision, not yours. The customer relationship, the repeat bookings, the reviews, the loyalty, all of it belongs to the platform, not to you.
Going independent flips that. You keep the full booking fee. You set your own price and your own terms. You build a customer base that comes back to you, not to a 3rd party whose pricing model could change again next quarter. And you're not fighting for visibility against dozens of other fields listed a few miles away.
We're already taking landowners who've felt this hit firsthand, through the process of making the move off a shared platform and onto their own independently-run park. If that's you, the free call is the place to start.

If we haven't met yet, I'm Hannah, founder of The Dog Park Consulting Co and the person you'll be talking to on our call.
Over the last seven years I've helped 300+ landowners set up or improve their dog parks, lift their bookings, and make more money.
Alongside The Dog Park Consulting Co, I built and run British Dog Fields, the UK's go-to directory of secure parks, and I run a membership organisation that helps established UK park owners keep their parks performing well.
I made every cock-up there is to make running my own park, which means I can spot them coming a mile off in someone else's plans! We take on a small number of overseas clients each year, and the free consultation is the easiest way to find out whether we can help.
