These terms apply to the free 30-minute consultation call you book through dogparkconsultingco.com.
1. About us: The Dog Park Consulting Co is a trading name of Hannah James, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom. You can contact us at [email protected].
2. What the call is A free 30-minute video or phone conversation with Hannah James about whether a private dog park might work on your land. We will share our experience, answer your questions, and help you think through whether to take it further.
3 What the call isn't The call is informational only. It is not financial, legal, planning, zoning, tax, insurance, or veterinary advice. Do not rely on what is said on the call as professional advice in any of those areas. We strongly recommend you speak to qualified professionals (lawyer, accountant, planning consultant, surveyor) before making decisions about your land or money.
4. No guarantees of outcome Setting up a dog park involves many factors specific to your land, your local market, and how you run it. We share what we have learned from helping over 300 UK landowners, but we cannot guarantee your specific results. Any income figures, projections, or timeframes mentioned during the call are illustrative and based on UK averages, not promises about what you will earn.
5. Limitation of liability You agree that we are not liable for any decisions you make, or financial losses you incur, based on information shared during the call. We provide the call in good faith, and you take responsibility for what you do next.
6. Booking and cancellation The call is free. You can reschedule or cancel using the link in your booking confirmation email. If you do not show up, the slot is forfeited and you are welcome to book a future one.
7. Recording We may record the call for our internal training and quality purposes. We will tell you at the start of the call. If you do not want it recorded, just say so. Recordings, if made, are not shared with third parties and are deleted within 30 days.

9. Marketing communications By submitting the booking form you agree that we may contact you by email or SMS about your booking, and (occasionally) about related useful information. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send.

11. Changes We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies is the one in force when you booked your call.
